Booth Information
Each exhibit space includes:
- 10’ x 10’ booth with 8’ back wall drape and 3’ side drape (for in-line booths)
- Booth identification sign
- Company description in the show program provided to all attendees
- 5 exhibitor registrations per booth
- One 6’ draped table and two chairs
- The Advisory (a series of helpful emails on how to maximize the benefits of a trade show)

NOTE: There is a 10% premium charge end caps. To ensure a diverse representation of the various industry segments, the space allocation for each organization will be limited.
Encourage your professional association to join the Network before January 2012. There are no fees or charges whatsoever to join. If it does join prior to January of 2012 (when you will be invoiced for the balance of your space charge), you will receive the benefit of the lower rate.
Booth Assignment
1. Complete and sign the application/contract for exhibit space and mail (to the address indicated on the contract) along with a check for the entire amount of your booth space. If you pay via PayPal, complete the form and email or fax it to us referencing that. Retain a copy of the application for your records. We will try to accommodate requests not to be near certain competitors, and consider 30’ to be reasonable separation.
We are not responsible for lost or delayed mail. Your application will only be deemed complete when it and full payment have been received. Associations listed on the cover of The Network magazine are considered affiliates.
2. Booth selection be on an ongoing basis. The contact person will be asked to select the exhibit space within 10 working days of receipt of the application.
3. Approximately 90 days prior to crestEXPO, the contact person will receive a service kit from the official service contractor, containing service order forms for electricity, guidelines, display specifications and the forms to begin the planning process. The official contact will also receive further information from crestEXPO on registering exhibit personnel.
